SERVICE AGREEMENT · PILOT
A clear agreement, before the camera comes out.
Agreement 2026-09-29.2 for new orders, pending qualified legal review. Each order keeps the agreement version accepted with it.
parties
The service contract is between the business and the named creator. The creator delivers the agreed work. The Creator Market runs the marketplace — discovery, briefs, proposals, the versioned agreement, file delivery and support — and is not a party to the service contract except where these terms say so.
price
The total in the accepted proposal is the full price in GBP, including the agreed travel, revisions and any VAT the creator must charge. There are no card surcharges and no extras without a new written agreement. The Creator Market charges the creator a 15% marketplace fee on that total, deducted by Stripe from the creator's payment; the business never pays it separately.
payment
The business pays the agreed total through Stripe Checkout directly to the creator's own Stripe account. Payment is taken at checkout; it is not escrow and The Creator Market never holds the money. Receipts come from the creator's Stripe account. Work is scheduled only after Stripe confirms payment; returning from checkout does not confirm payment on its own. During the pilot, payments run in Stripe test mode and no real money moves until live payments are switched on.
scope
Only the deliverables, location, filming time, deadline and revisions in the accepted brief and proposal are included. All prices are GBP totals inclusive of agreed travel and any supplier VAT; there are no extras without a new written agreement.
delivery
Final videos are 1080 × 1920 portrait MP4, MOV or WebM, at the agreed length. One uploaded file per agreed video. No raw footage, editable projects, extra filming or creator-audience posting unless explicitly stated; raw footage is excluded in this pilot.
revisions
An included round is one consolidated list of edits within the original brief. New concepts, new filming and material changes require a separately agreed scope and price. A creator must remedy objectively non-conforming work; the revision allowance does not remove this duty. No automatic approval.
rights
Creator retains copyright. On full payment and explicit approval, the business receives the non-exclusive licence stated in the proposal: organic use on its own website and Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts, worldwide, for 12 months from approval. If paid advertising is expressly selected, ads on those channels are included for the first 90 days, targeted to the UK. Cropping, captions and resizing are allowed; resale, sublicensing, AI training, misleading edits and use by other businesses are excluded. Raw footage is excluded. Creator portfolio use requires the separate opt-in shown in the accepted proposal. The licence is suspended while a refund or card dispute on the payment is open and ends if the payment is refunded.
permissions
Creator clears commercial music, stock and third-party material for the exact usage and supplies evidence on request. Business obtains permission to film its premises, staff and identifiable participants and clears any supplied assets. Both confirm participant consent before filming. Avoid minors in the pilot. Platform music licences must not be assumed to cover advertisements or other channels.
cancellation
Before work or any approved non-refundable expense has started: full refund. After work has started, the operator reviews documented completed work and pre-agreed costs with both parties and proposes a fair outcome; there is no arbitrary penalty and nothing is automatically forfeited. The creator issues any agreed refund from their Stripe account, and refunds go back to the original card. On a full refund The Creator Market refunds its fee to the creator in full; on a partial refund it refunds the same proportion.
disputes
Open a support case first with the brief, versions and the remedy you want. The operator acknowledges it within one business day during staffed pilot hours, pauses files and the licence, hears both sides and aims to propose a remedy within five business days; these are service targets. A card dispute raised with your bank goes against the creator's Stripe account and the creator responds in Stripe; files and the licence stay paused until it is resolved. Statutory and card-scheme rights are unaffected.
creators
Creators keep a Stripe account in their own name in good standing and handle their own tax, VAT, invoices and payouts. They respond to refunds and disputes promptly. Stripe may charge dispute fees to the creator's account. If a creator's account can no longer take payments, their accepted history stays accessible but new checkouts pause.
retention
Review files and replaced versions: retain up to 90 days after completion or cancellation. Download approved files within 90 days. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours. Disputed material is retained until resolution. Licence and transaction records may be retained for six years subject to legal review. Expired licence means stop publishing and remove uses not separately licensed.
status
Pilot agreement pending qualified legal review. Orders accepted under version 2026-09-25.1 keep that agreement.
Earlier agreement 2026-09-25.1 (applies to orders accepted under it)
supplier
The named creator supplies the filming and editing service. Tablelocal arranges the booking and collects the agreed order total through Stripe as platform. The operator manages support, refunds and payment disputes.
scope
Only the deliverables, location, filming time, deadline and revisions in the accepted brief and proposal are included. All prices are GBP totals inclusive of agreed travel and any supplier VAT; there are no extras without a new written agreement. The platform retains 15% of the total; the creator receives 85% before their own costs and taxes.

cancellation
Before any work or approved non-refundable expense: full refund. After work begins, operator assesses documented completed work and pre-agreed costs with both parties. No arbitrary penalty or automatic forfeiture. This pilot supports full refunds in-app; partial settlements require a separately documented operator agreement and provider reconciliation before any rights are reactivated. Stop using refunded content; already downloaded copies cannot be technically recalled.
dispute
Raise a support case promptly with the brief, versions and requested remedy. Operator acknowledges within one business day during the staffed pilot, pauses fulfilment and any transfer, gathers both accounts and aims to propose a remedy within five business days. These are operating targets, not a promise until staffing is confirmed. Statutory rights and card dispute rights are unaffected.
payment
Payment is captured at checkout; it is not escrow and no long authorisation hold is promised. Payment, approval, refund, transfer and bank payout are different records. Pilot uses test money only. No live payments or creator payouts are enabled.

Expired licence means stop publishing and remove uses not separately licensed.
status
Draft for a controlled pilot. Operator legal identity, tax treatment, cancellation wording, privacy and supplier relationships require qualified review before public use.
